We confirm your size, fibre, price and delivery details with you personally before any work begins.
Your rug is made to order by hand. Production usually takes around 15 to 20 days, and a fully custom design can take a little longer.
Once it is finished and checked, your rug is packed, dispatched and tracked all the way to your door.
We ship to customers around the world. Tell us your country on WhatsApp and we will confirm that we can deliver to you, along with the cost and the estimated delivery time.
Depending on your country, import duties or local taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your local customs, not by us, and we will let you know what to expect for your region.
When your rug ships, we share the tracking details so you can follow it to your door. If anything is delayed, message us and we will follow it up for you.
