• Details you give us: your name, email, phone number and country, for example when you join our email list or message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email.
• Order details: the design, size, colours and delivery address for your rug.
• Website usage: if you accept cookies, basic information such as the pages you view, your device and your approximate location, collected through analytics tools.

How we use your information

• To reply to you, confirm your order and keep you updated while your rug is made and shipped.
• To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how our website is used, improve it, and measure our advertising.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, we ask your permission before using non-essential cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand site usage, and advertising tools such as Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure and improve our ads. If you join our email list, your details are stored and emails are sent using Klaviyo, our email provider, acting on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as Klaviyo (email), Google (analytics and ads) and Meta (ads).
• WhatsApp, Instagram and email platforms handle your messages under their own privacy policies.

We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then remove it. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

International

Our rugs are made in India and we serve customers worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We handle it with the same care wherever it is processed.
